Can I return my order?
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please ensure that you leave the packaging unopened and send an email to info@driedmango.co.uk. This can be done within 14 days of purchase. Do this by stating the product to be returned and the order number. The order must be returned unopened. After the product(s) have been received, the full amount of the returned item will be refunded (excl. shipping costs). If you have a complaint about the product during consumption, after opening the product, please contact us. We will then provide a suitable solution.
Return period
You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of purchase.
How will I be kept informed of my return?
We will send you a confirmation of receipt by email and will also let you know immediately whether the return has been approved. The amount will be transferred the same day.
The product is incomplete or the packaging is damaged, what now?
